First a multilingual communications officer, she handled the translation and adaptation of publications into English and Spanish. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, she then moved up to Deputy Director of the Info, Advice and Strategy Unit, before becoming Co-director, where she optimises processes, coordinates teams, oversees the progress of work and priority management, and contributes to the unit's strategic direction. As an Advisor to the Administrative Board, she plays a key role in the organisation's major decisions.

Initially an international recruitment officer and copywriter, she took part in the recruitment process while developing her expertise in content creation. Driven by her skills and commitment, she became Co-deputy Director of the HR Support Unit, before taking on its Co-direction, where she improves HR procedures, manages teams, oversees the progress of work and helps define the unit's priorities and guidelines. She also takes part in the structuring discussions and decisions at organisation level.

Having joined our team to improve our first website as a web/software developer, he quickly demonstrated strong technical skills, creativity, seriousness and adaptability, turning challenges into effective solutions while collaborating smoothly with the whole team. His talent and commitment led him to become Developers Team Lead within the Info, Advice and Strategy Unit, where he ensures the success of the web team's projects and the organisation of collective work.

She joined the legal unit as a Legal Officer and Advocacy Officer, putting her expertise at the service of high-impact projects. Beyond her legal skills, she also carries out advocacy actions with rigour and fulfils her missions efficiently. Her rigour and determination naturally led her to the role of Lead Legal Officer - Coordination and Advocacy, in which she now also supports the coordination, follow-up, integration and communication of the unit's legal and advocacy teams.

She joined the HR Support unit as an HR Support Officer, where she took part in talent acquisition, onboarding and showcasing the teams. Her sense of organisation and her performance enabled her to take on the role of Recruitment and Support Lead, with a focus on recruitment. Since then, she has strengthened the recruitment process while taking part in support actions and the unit's other missions.

He started as an HR Support Officer, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, follow-up and showcasing of the teams within the HR Support unit. Thanks to his involvement and impact, he moved on to the role of Support and Recruitment Lead, with a focus on support. In this role, he actively supports the teams, optimises communication and takes part in recruitment initiatives.

She joined the HR Support unit as a Coordination and Support Officer, where she monitored activities and supported the work. Thanks to her reliability and cross-functional vision, she quickly proved her effectiveness, leading to her progression to the role of Steering and Coordination Lead, where she optimises the unit's operations, ensures the consistency of activities and provides strategic support to cross-functional initiatives. She also contributes to steering and structuring web and digital initiatives.

Co-responsible for monitoring the activities of the various units, she ensures they run smoothly and that the set objectives are met. She also supervises the work, guaranteeing its quality and alignment with the organisation's strategic direction. A member of the executive board, she takes part in strategic decision-making and in defining the organisation's main orientations.
